     Left England as a bound apprentice to a wastchmaker in London. He was kidnapped and brought to MAryland and sold by the Captian to a gentleman there. He worked out his time, bought land on the Potomac in 1687, acquired a nice estate and became a leading citizen of Prince Georges County. About 1734, he learned of his family's being in New Jersey, went north for a visit. His two brothers offered land if he would lmove near them and he accepted. He returned to Maryland ot sell his land, but drowned crossing the Potomac, leaving no heirs.³ James Pancoast was born circa 1669 at England.¹ He immigrated before 1680; Came to Maryland from England before his family.² Owned 700 acres of land on the Potomac in what is now the disctrict of Columbia called "Pencotts Invention."³ He died circa 1734; Drowned crossing the Potomac River after visiting with his family who he had not seen since leaving England.¹

     Rebecca JACKSON was born on 28 November 1828. She died on 12 May 1904 at age 75.

     Thomas JACKSON was born in January 1830. He died in March 1902 at age 72.

     Elizabeth JACKSON was born on 22 January 1831. She died on 29 May 1881 at age 50.

     Samuel STONEBRAKER JACKSON was born on 10 April 1836. He died on 1 May 1866 at age 30.

     Charles E. McKelvey lived c 1935-1943 at Bethesda, Belmont County, Ohio, USA; According to C E Stonebraker, they lived in their later years at a house on County Road 26 about 1.2 miles north of County Road 147 in Bethesda, Ohio across from the intersection of Township Highway 206. It is on west side of CR 26 and still there in 2012.¹ He was born on 6 November 1871 at Goshen Township, Belmont County, Ohio, USA.^2,3 He was Farmer between 1890 and 1940.³ He married Sadie May PANCOAST, daughter of William Frost PANCOAST and Lydia WHITE, on 18 October 1892 at Belmont County, Ohio, USA.³ Charles E. McKelvey married Sadie May PANCOAST, daughter of William Frost PANCOAST and Lydia WHITE, on 20 October 1892 at Belmont, Ohio, USA. Charles E. McKelvey died on 3 March 1943 at Goshen Twp., Belmont County, Ohio, USA, at age 71.^4,5 He was CauseDeath Organic heart disease caused by Arterial Sclerosis. on 3 March 1943 at Belmont County, Ohio, USA.³ He died on 13 March 1943 at Bethesda, Belmont County, Ohio, USA, at age 71.^3,6 He was buried on 17 March 1943 at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Belmont County, Ohio, USA.³ He was Obituary on 18 March 1943.⁶

     Sarah Pancoast was born circa 1678 at England.¹ As of 23 April 1696,her married name was Boulton.¹ She married Edward Boulton on 23 April 1696 at Burlington Friends Meeting, Burlington County, Province of New Jersey, America.¹ Sarah Pancoast died circa 10 December 1744.²

     Elizabeth PANCOAST was born circa 1672 at England.¹ As of circa 15 August 1693,her married name was Bacon.¹ She married Joseph Bacon circa 15 August 1693.¹

     Mary (?) married Jeremiah STONEBRAKER, son of Samuel STONEBRAKER. Mary (?) was born on 6 November 1824 at Ohio, USA. She died in 1864 at Belmont County, Ohio, USA.
